When Shai isn’t off-roading in old Jeeps or dirt bikes, he is the Co-Founder and CEO at yellowHEAD with over 20 years of experience in online marketing. He has a BA in Social Sciences from Ra’anana College. After several business ventures, Shai is determined that yellowHEAD is the best one.

Gal Bar
Gal is co-founder and CEO of yellowHEAD together with Shai Karmi ever since the company’s founding in 2013. Gal has over 16 years of experience in online marketing. He also holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Haifa. In the past 16 years, Gal has helped hundreds of brands achieve their high-ROI goal. Koren Waise
Koren brings over 20 years of experience in advertising, having worked with top global brands and guiding them to success. With formal training as both a copywriter and art director, his passion for creativity extends beyond the ad world, including cooking and music. When he's not working, his favorite way to spend time is with his two daughters.

Lee has 15+ years of experience leading teams in digital agencies and large advertising firms, igniting results to ensure partners' success, and delivering meaningful relationships with existing and new partners. She is now yellowHEAD's VP of Growth in the US branch and is an avid foodie on a quest to conquer NYC's thriving scene.

Hila Keller
Hila has 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, marketing analytics, and campaign management in Gaming and Non-gaming verticals. She also has an MBA in Leadership from Tel Aviv University, an MBA in Business management from ONO Academic College and a B.Sc in Social Science from Bar Ilan University. She now leads yellowHEAD’s User Acquisition team and dances salsa when she has free time.
